Meet at our designated departure location in the Margaree area. Transportation to and from Cape Clear is included.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure to ensure a prompt start.

If you don't see your Jeep right away, do not panic, they are likely finishing the previous tour and will be right there!

• Meet your guide and photographer.

• Scenic drive into the Cape Breton Highlands (approximately 1.5 hours).

• Arrive at Cape Clear and receive photography instruction.

• Spend approximately 2 hours photographing the Milky Way.

• Return to the departure location (approximately 1.5 hours).

• Warm clothing (temperatures can drop significantly at night)

• Sturdy footwear

• Camera with manual settings (DSLR or mirrorless recommended)

• Wide-angle lens (recommended)

• Tripod

• Extra batteries and memory cards

• Headlamp or flashlight (preferably with a red light mode)
